Which are the nearest airports to Casa Lavender ?
The nearest airports are Murcia (20 minutes away) and Alicante (60 minutes away)
Approximate transfer fees are Murcia (30 Euros) and Alicante (120 Euros)
Do all the bedrooms have air-conditioning?
Yes both bedrooms offer full air-conditioning
Is there a supermarket on site?
Yes there is a very well-stocked supermarket on site approximately 4 minutes walk from Casa Lavender. Additional supermarkets can be found in the nearby towns Los Alcazares and Torre Pacheco.
How close are the bars and restaurants?
There are a good selection of bars and restaurants situated on the Boulevard which is an 8 minute walk away from the villa, based just at the entrance to the resort. A few other bars and restaurants are situated at the Hotel which is a 10 minute walk away from the villa.
Where is the nearest town?
There are two towns nearby. Torre-Pachecco is a traditional Spanish town which boasts a number of facilities including tapas restaurants, a medical centre and a supermarket. Just a few minutes in the other direction towards the coast, you will find Los Alcazares which is a busy town which has many bars, restaurants and amenities.
What are the check-in/check-out times?
Check-in is typically from 4pm. However, if we have no guests checking out on the day you arrive, we are happy to discuss an earlier check-in. Check out is at 10am to allow the villa to be cleaned and prepared for the next guests. If you have a later flight home, we can discuss options with you in regards to storage of luggage. A late checkout may be possible but cannot be guaranteed as this will depend upon when the next guests are arriving at the villa.
Is smoking allowed at the villa?
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa at any time.
Will I need to hire a car?
Everything you need for your holiday can be found within easy reach at the resort. However, if you wish to venture further afield for shopping, sightseeing or to visit one of the many fantastic local beaches, we can recommend both taxi or car hire companies for you to contact ahead of your arrival.
Is there a safe at the property?
Yes there is a safe located within the wardrobe of the master bedroom.
How far away are the nearest beaches?
The nearest beach is at Los Alcazares which is approximately 5 minutes away by car. There are a number of other beaches easily accessible all within 30 minutes from the villa.
Is the pool heated?
Yes the pool may be heated on request for all stays from October until March (There is usually a small surcharge for this). Outside of these months, the weather/temperature is warm enough for the pool not to require heating.
